Digital ads in Houston that pay for themselves.
Most businesses stop running ads because the money went out and nothing came back. We build campaigns around who actually buys, then show you exactly what each dollar returned.
Your budget leaks long before anyone blames the ad
Money has to survive four steps before it becomes a customer. Most of it never gets there. Follow the bar down and see where it goes.
This is the only moment you control fully
Once it is live, the platform decides who sees it and how fast the money goes. Everything that follows is a leak you either planned for or did not.
Decide what a customer is worth first
If you know what one job or one sale is worth to you, we know what we can afford to pay for a lead. Without that number, any result can be argued either way.
Paying to reach everyone
Left on the defaults, the platform will happily spend your budget on people who were never going to buy. Most of it goes to reach rather than results.
Start from who already buys
We build targeting around your actual customers and their area, then cut the segments that spend without returning anything.
Talking about the business
Most ads describe the company. People scrolling do not care yet. If the first line does not name their problem, the rest is never read.
Lead with what they came for
We run several versions, each opening on a different problem, and let the numbers pick the winner. It is rarely the one anyone predicted.
Sending clicks to the homepage
Someone clicked an ad about one specific thing and landed somewhere they have to hunt for it. This is the most expensive place to lose someone, because you already paid for the click.
Send them where the promise is kept
The page matches the ad they clicked, answers the question it raised, and makes the next step obvious. One page per offer, not one page for everything.
The exact numbers differ for every business. The shape almost never does, and the part that survives is the only part that ever becomes a customer.
That is why we would rather seal the leaks before spending more. If the offer or the page is the problem, a bigger budget just buys a faster answer to the wrong question.
Your ad spend goes straight to the platforms, never through usWhat running digital ads in Houston actually involves
This is the account we build and the work we do inside it every month. Click through it the way we would.
Built properly, and built in your name
The structure decides whether next month's numbers mean anything. We set it up so every service can be judged on its own.
- Accounts created or cleaned up, always owned by you
- Campaign structure built around your services
- Budgets and bidding set to your goals
- Whatever was wasting money before, switched off
Targeting the people who actually buy
We start from your real customers rather than the platform defaults, then keep cutting whatever spends without returning.
- Search terms and keywords for Google
- Interest and location targeting for Meta and TikTok
- Retargeting for people who visited but did not enquire
- Audiences built from your existing customer list
Several ads, so the numbers can choose
Never one ad and hope. Each version opens on a different problem, and whichever earns the cheapest lead stays.
- Ad copy written for each platform
- Static and video ad creative produced
- Versions running against each other
- Losers cut, winners rebuilt on and tested again
A page built for the ad, not your homepage
We build the page the click lands on, so the promise in the ad is the first thing they see. Included here, not quoted as a separate project.
- A dedicated page per offer or campaign
- Written and designed to match the ad
- Forms and call buttons that are easy to find
- Built to load fast on a phone
Knowing which dollar did the work
Without this every report is guesswork. With it we can name the campaign behind each enquiry, and move the budget accordingly.
- Conversion tracking set up on every platform
- Calls and form submissions traced to their campaign
- Analytics connected and checked
- Cost per lead reported, not just clicks
Then we start at 01 again
This is the part that separates a campaign that pays from one that quietly drains. Every month the budget moves toward whatever is working.
- Budget shifted to the campaigns returning most
- Weak audiences and keywords cut
- New creative tested against the current winner
- A monthly report on what changed and why
Six steps, every month, not once at the start.
Anyone can launch a campaign. The reason ads keep paying is that somebody goes round again every month with the numbers in front of them.
What PPC management looks like week to week
Ad campaign management is not a thing that happens once. Here is what we are doing inside your Google Ads and Meta accounts through the month, and the small part that needs you.
Read and adjust
- Last month's cost per lead reviewed
- Search terms checked, wasteful ones blocked
- Bids and daily budgets adjusted
- Underperforming ad sets paused
Test something new
- Fresh ad copy and creative built
- New versions launched against the winner
- Landing page adjusted where clicks drop off
- Audience and keyword targeting widened or tightened
Watch and protect
- Conversion tracking checked for accuracy
- Competitor activity and click costs monitored
- Budget shifted toward whatever is returning
- Google Ads and Facebook ads compared against each other
Report and decide
- A plain report on spend, leads, and cost per lead
- What changed this month and why
- What we are testing next month
- A short call whenever you want one
Running paid ads properly means someone in the accounts every week, cutting waste and testing the next idea. What we need back from you is small, and it is mostly just knowing which leads turned into real work.
Most owners spend under an hour a month on thisWhat digital ads in Houston actually cost
A flat monthly fee for PPC management, never a percentage of your budget. Agencies on a percentage earn more when you spend more, so the advice you get is shaped by their invoice rather than your results.
- One platform, chosen after we look at your market
- Campaigns built, written, and designed by us
- A landing page built for the ads, not your homepage
- Conversion tracking so every lead can be traced
- Ad creative tested and replaced every month
- A monthly report on spend, leads, and cost per lead
- Everything in Focused, plus
- Two platforms run as one campaign, not two silos
- Retargeting, so people who left get seen again
- Landing pages built per offer rather than one for everything
- Competitor activity and click costs watched
- A monthly strategy call
- Everything in Combined, plus
- Up to four platforms running together
- Video ad creative produced for social
- Budget moved between platforms as the numbers come in
- Separate campaigns per service or location
- A quarterly deep dive on the whole picture
Running on more than four platforms, or somewhere unusual? Tell us what you need and we will quote it properly.
Google, Meta, and TikTok bill your own card inside your own accounts. Nothing passes through us, so you can see every dollar and switch it off yourself at any time.
Month one is a different job: campaign structure, audience research, the first ads, the landing page, and conversion tracking. Clean accounts sit at the low end. Years of old campaigns with no tracking sit near the top. You get the exact figure before you commit to anything.
The right number depends on what a customer is worth to you and how many competitors are bidding on the same searches. Too little and the campaign never gathers enough clicks to improve. We work out your number on the first call, before anyone spends anything.
Tell us what you sell and what a customer is worth to you. We will tell you which platform to start on, what to budget, and which plan is the smallest one that would work.
Questions about digital ads in Houston
Straight answers on what we need on day one, how long before the numbers mean anything, who owns the accounts, where your ad spend goes, and what happens if you want to stop. Filter by topic.
Bring the account you have, or nothing at all. We will tell you whether paid is the right first move, including when it is not.
Book a free consultationGoogle, Meta and TikTok. Google covers its whole family of ad products rather than just search, Meta covers Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok is its own thing with its own rules about what works.
Which of them you should be on is a question about where your buyers already are, not about which is best. Most businesses do not need all three, and we would rather run one well than three badly.
You do, all of it. The ad accounts are in your name and billed to your card, the landing pages live on your website, and the tracking and data belong to you.
If we ever part ways, everything stays exactly where it is and keeps running. Nothing gets switched off, and there is nothing to hand back because it was never ours.
Whatever is needed to actually run and measure the campaigns. In practice that means your Google Ads and Meta Business accounts with us added as a manager, your website so we can place conversion tracking and publish landing pages, and Google Analytics so we can see what happens after the click.
You stay the owner of all of it. We are added to your accounts rather than creating our own, and you can remove us at any time without losing anything.
Usually we start fresh. Old campaigns carry a performance history that the platform keeps learning from, so an account full of poor results can hold back good work for weeks. Building new campaigns is normally faster than untangling what is there.
We still go through the old account first, because it tells us what has already been tried and what it cost. If something in there is genuinely working, we keep it running rather than switching it off for the sake of it.
Sometimes your existing page is fine. Often it is not, because a page built to explain a company is doing a different job from a page built to catch somebody who just clicked an ad about one specific thing.
We will tell you which it is before you spend anything. If the page you would send people to does not convert, running ads to it is paying for a dead end, and that is worth knowing in week zero rather than month two.
We do. Copy, images and video cuts for the platforms you are running on, built to match the rest of your brand rather than looking like they came from somewhere else.
If you already have brand assets or footage we will use them. If you do not, that is its own piece of work and we will say so rather than quietly shooting something and adding it to the invoice.
The account is managed weekly, and you get a monthly read you can actually understand: what was spent, what came back, what changed and what we are doing next.
No dashboard full of numbers nobody acts on. If a metric does not change a decision, it does not need to be in your inbox.
Month one is a different job from every month after it. Campaign structure, audience research, writing and designing the first ads, building the landing page, and setting up conversion tracking so the reporting means something. That work does not repeat.
The fee depends on what we find. A business with clean accounts and working tracking sits at the low end. Years of old campaigns, no tracking, and a site that needs work to publish on sits nearer the top.
No. You pay Google, Meta and TikTok directly, with your own card on your own accounts. Ad spend never touches our invoice.
That keeps two things separate that are easy to blur together: what you spent on advertising, and what you paid us to manage it. You can see both at any time without asking us for a breakdown.
After the first three months, yes, month to month. The three month minimum exists because a campaign genuinely cannot be judged before then, not to lock you in.
Your ad spend is separate and always under your control, so you can pause the budget yourself at any time, including during those first three months if something changes in the business.
Ads start reaching people within days, but the first week or two is a learning phase where the platform is still working out who to show them to. Results in that window look worse than they will be, and we would rather tell you that now than have you panic in week two.
A fair read on cost per lead usually arrives in the second month. By the third you should know whether paid ads work for your business at a price that makes sense.
We find the weak link and fix that rather than changing everything at once. Usually it is one of three things: the wrong audience, a message that does not match what they searched, or a page that loses them after the click.
If after a fair run the numbers still do not work, we will say so plainly. Sometimes the honest answer is that your budget would do more on search or social first, and we would rather tell you that than keep invoicing.
They do different jobs. Paid ads reach people today and stop the day the budget stops. Search engine optimization takes months to build and then keeps working after the invoice ends.
Most of our clients run both, with ads buying the time that search needs to get going. If you can only do one right now, tell us your situation on the call and we will tell you honestly which one your money is better spent on.
