Consistency · Brand & Creative

Brand and creative services in Houston that make you look like one business.

Most small businesses end up with a logo from one place, a flyer from another, and a website that matches neither. We build the brand identity once, then keep every piece of design that follows consistent with it.

Brand & Creative | Why It Works
Why It Works

People decide what you are worth before they read anything

A brand system is three decisions, made once, applied everywhere. Turn them on and watch six pieces of the same business stop arguing with each other.

Try it

Build the system, one decision at a time

Turn each switch on and watch the six pieces below stop arguing with each other.

Six versions of the same company. It reads as small, or careless. One decision in, and it already holds together better. Close. The eye still catches the piece that does not belong. One business, every time. Same effort, better answer.

Consistency is the cheapest way to look established.

None of those six pieces costs more to produce once the decisions are made. They only cost more when every one of them is decided again from scratch. That is what a brand system saves you, and why the identity gets built before anything else.

Brand & Creative | When People Come To Us
When People Come To Us

Nobody wakes up wanting a logo

They reach a moment where the way the business looks starts costing them something. These are the six we hear most.

If this sounds like you You need branding and visual identity The decisions have not been made yet, or they were made a long time ago by someone else.
“We open in a few weeks and we have nothing.” No logo, no colors, and a sign to order. Getting it right before anything is printed costs far less than fixing it after.
“A friend made our logo years ago.” What worked for one van and a phone number rarely survives a website, a storefront, and a team in uniform.
“We keep losing quotes to businesses that look bigger.” When two quotes are close, the one that looks more established usually wins. A rebrand is often the cheapest fix available.
If this sounds like you You need the graphic design subscription The brand is already settled. What you are short of is somebody to keep applying it.
“I am making our flyers in Canva at eleven at night.” It works until it does not. The hours add up, and the results never quite match each other or anything else you own.
“Finding a freelancer takes longer than the job.” Briefing someone new, explaining the brand again, waiting for a quote. Most of the delay sits in the arranging rather than the designing.
“We have guidelines, we just never use them.” Plenty of businesses own a good identity and never apply it, because nobody has the time to make everything match.
If none of those sound like you, you probably do not need us yet.

This work is worth paying for when the way you look is holding the business back, and not before. Tell us where you are and we will say honestly whether this is the right time, or whether your money is better spent somewhere else first.

All of them. Logos, layouts, templates, and the editable source files, not just flattened exports. The branding project hands everything over at the end, and subscription files are yours whenever you ask.

If you stop working with us, nothing gets held back and nothing stops working. You should never be stuck with an agency because they are holding your artwork.

Yes, and plenty of clients do. If you already have a logo and colors you are happy with, we work within them.

The only time we push back is when there is genuinely nothing to work from, because then every piece we make is a fresh guess and none of them will match. In that case we will say so before you sign up rather than after.

Most of our clients are here, and being local helps when there is a shoot, a sign to check, or a printer to talk to.

Design work itself travels fine, though, so if you are elsewhere and the fit is right we are happy to talk.

Around eight weeks. Roughly two on discovery, two on directions, two on refining the chosen one, and two on applying it and putting the guidelines together.

The part that usually moves the timeline is feedback. If you can turn things around within a few days, it stays on schedule. If reviews take a fortnight each, it stretches.

We keep going. Design is not a lottery, and if none of the first directions land it usually means something in the brief was not quite right rather than that the options were bad.

We would rather talk it through, work out what is missing, and come back with something closer than declare the project finished with a logo you are not proud of.

One finished piece is one request. A flyer is one. A pitch deck is one. A social post is one.

Where it gets more generous is resizing. If the same design needs to run as a square post, a story, and a web banner, that is still one request, because it is one idea adapted rather than three separate jobs.

First drafts usually land within two working days of a request reaching the front of the queue. Bigger pieces like a full deck or a brochure take longer.

Your plan decides how many we work on at once, which is what really controls speed. If things are consistently waiting, that is a sign to move up a plan rather than to chase us.

After the first three months, yes. Pause it in a quiet stretch and restart when work picks up again, without losing your brand setup or starting over.

The three month minimum exists because the first month is mostly us learning how you work. After that it is month to month with no notice period.
